What is the minimum order quantity for workwear?
There are two ways to customize workwear:
1. Adding prints, embroidery, heat transfers, etc. to ready-made garments
This method involves printing company logos or patterns on ready-made clothes.
Advantages: No minimum order quantity requirement, fast delivery, sample-making fees saved, and samples available for viewing at any time.
Disadvantages: You can only choose garment styles from the range provided by the supplier.

2. Full custom production from scratch
The process includes fabric sourcing, accessory procurement, pattern making, fabric preshrinking, cutting, printing, sewing, thread trimming, ironing, packaging and so on. It involves multiple steps and sometimes requires scheduling production slots, resulting in relatively slow delivery. There is a minimum order quantity requirement (for simple styles like T-shirts, polo shirts and hoodies, the MOQ can be 50 pieces; for complex styles like vests, jackets and jackets, the MOQ is 100 or 200 pieces).
Advantage: It allows for full DIY customization completely according to the company’s requirements.
