01 Online ConsultationWe will learn about your customized style, fabric, quantity, craftsmanship, usage time, application scenarios and other details through initial communication.
02 Artwork ConfirmationOur designers will create artwork based on your descriptions.
Please provide detailed specifications as much as possible, along with the source file (AI/CDR format, etc.) of your company’s logo and patterns.
03 Proposal & QuotationAfter you confirm the design draft, we will issue a quotation based on the artwork and the corresponding order quantity.
(Note: The customized quantity affects tiered pricing and craftsmanship costs, so the final price shall be subject to the actual order quantity.)
04 Sample Making & ConfirmationUpon your confirmation of the quotation, you need to pay the corresponding sample fee for sample production.
The sample fee and sample-making lead time will be provided to you together with the quotation.
05 Order FinalizationAfter you confirm the sample, please send the sample back to us for bulk production.
You also need to provide information including product sizes, order quantity, delivery address and invoicing details.
If you have other special requirements such as packaging specifications or split delivery to multiple addresses, please inform us at the same time.
06 Contract SigningWe will provide a comprehensive customization contract template for both parties to review and confirm.
We support contract signing via scanned copies with official seals to improve process efficiency.
07 Deposit PaymentAfter you re-confirm the customization list, please pay a 30% deposit (multiple payment methods are available).
08 Production & DeliveryOnce production is completed, we will notify you and provide photos or videos for confirmation.
Delivery will be arranged after you settle the remaining balance.
We ship via standard logistics with freight collect by default. Please inform us in advance if you have special delivery requirements.
09 After-sales ServiceOur customer service team will conduct post-sales follow-ups with customers via phone calls, online messaging and other channels to gather feedback on product and service satisfaction.
